User Acquisition Manager

Position: User Acquisition Manager

Overview

MASA is seeking someone passionate about working at the intersection of data, creative and performance marketing in the mobile app ecosystem. You will work with our developer studios as well as our internal User Acquisition, Creative and Data teams to drive optimal outcomes and measurable results for our client’s apps. Your work will have a direct impact on both client and company financial success.We are considering candidates at variety of experience levels, compensation variable based on experience. We have a robust performance bonus plan in addition to the listed salary range.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy across paid marketing channels for your segment of a multi-million dollar app marketing portfolio
  • Manage budget and cross-team collaboration for one or more apps in our portfolio
  • Execute campaigns across various ad platforms including Facebook, Unity, ironSource, Applovin, Google, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat and TikTok
  • Optimize and analyze campaign results to maximize campaign ROI
  • Conduct data analysis and leverage data visualization tools to measure effectiveness, drive efficiency, and develop impactful insights across the organization
  • Collaborate with app developers and creative artists on the development of creative assets
  • Engage with clients to guide them through marketing strategies and outcomes.

Experience

  • 1+ years of professional experience in paid User Acquisition for mobile apps marketing with an understanding of app store optimization
  • Experience in working with $100K+ Monthly budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals and drive post-app install metrics
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google sheets to perform fundamental analysis
  • Skilled in data synthesis and developing narratives to communicate results
  • Kind, collaborative, and self-motivated with a stellar work ethic
  • Familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus
  • Experience with mobile MMPs including Appsflyer, Adjust or Kochava is a plus
